Mr. Landry is an attorney with nearly thirty years’ experience, including practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and federal circuit courts of appeals. Most of Mr. Landry’s time as an attorney has been devoted to private practice, with an emphasis on litigation and intellectual property.
Through his work with prominent firms in New York (Pennie & Edmonds; Cravath, Swaine & Moore) and Washington, DC (Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering), as well as solo and boutique practices, Mr. Landry gained wide-ranging experience in litigation, regulatory matters, and intellectual property prosecution and counseling.
Mr. Landry served as a law clerk to the Honorable J. Edward Lumbard of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the Honorable Mary Johnson Lowe of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
